The last few days have been successful with the change train making stops at Ledzokuku, Ningo-Prampram and Kpone Katamanso Constituencies. Interactions with the Chiefs and people of the various communities revealed the common suffering of Ghanaians due to high cost of living affecting the survival of families. Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP will put people first and work to empower individuals for a prosperous Ghana. #Caring #Compassionate #Livewire #AriseForChange
On Thursday 20th October, 2016, I interacted with residents in Upper West Akim in the eastern region, and assured them that, the NPP will ensure the NHIS is improved to serve the health needs of all Ghanaians. At Adetem, I was saddened at the poor state of the primary school, and I told my brothers and sisters that Nana Addo would be a father to all, and work hard to improve their lives. I encouraged them to not only vote for change, but to work for change by voting for Nana Addo and the NPP. I also visited the Bawjiase market, where I told them that Nana Addo would surely make Ghana work again. #Ariseforchange #changeiscoming #Caring #Compassionate #livewire
Nana and I are deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve you as your President and First Lady respectively. We are also deeply humbled by the enormity of the task ahead. We understand that turning this country around will not be an easy feat, however we draw inspiration from the people's desire for change and the people's desire to be the change. That change is here. Together, we will build a country worthy of the name Ghana, a place where dreams come true. All glory be to God and may He bless our homeland Ghana. ✨🇬🇭 #Grateful #Caring #Compassionate #LiveWire
Psalm 90:17 says ; "Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us and establish the work of our hands upon us: yes, establish the work of our hands." In everything we do, let us do it to the best of our ability and not compromise on standards and principles and we will surely be blessed for it. Wishing you all a very fruitful week. ✨🌸 #BeCaring #BeCompassionate
I had the pleasure of being the guest of honour at the Malaria Safe Partnership Symposium this morning. Malaria affects everyone in Ghana; most vulnerable are women and children. In pregnant women the effects are harrowing and the greatest risk is death. The socio-economic impact is also significant. It affects households and reduces productivity at work. As we progress towards economic growth, participation from private sector is crucial. Access to and use of insecticide treated nets is vital and will ensure us become #MalariaSafe. I wish to call on the Ghanaian business sector to embrace the goals spelt out today. The Ghana- U.K Private Sector Malaria Prevention Project and its Malaria Safe Initiative is laudable. Leaders of business in Ghana let's embrace this initiative and make the workplace #MalariaSafe I hereby launch the Malaria PSMP Project and Malaria Safe Initiative. I invite you to join us work together to make Ghana a Malaria free nation. ✨🇬🇭
